High Season: May 1 through Labor Day All Units are a two night minimum. Off Season: After Labor Day weekend through April 30 All units are a 2 night minimum. Any guest having a recreational vehicle on the property will be charged an additional $10 per night per RV "hook up fee"! All quoted rates do not include the required 6% Texas Hotel Tax The following special weekends REQUIRE a 3 night minimum stay: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving PETS - Yes, we are "pet friendly". However, we must protect our property. Pets are allowed on a 'case by case' basis so please inquire at the time you make your reservation. What we presently require is an additional $30 deposit check (per weekend) that we tear up once we see there is no dammage as a result of the pet. |
| General PAYMENT: We prefer you pay us by personal Check because we lose 5% of the rental fee to the credit card folks. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we will mail you a PayPal invoice and you may pay with your credit card through PayPal. Half (1/2) of your total rental fee is due to secure your rental and the final payment is due 30 days priot to your arrival date. Any returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee in addition to any bank charges. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DEPOSIT, YOU DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION. Cancellations must be given within 30 days of the arrival date or deposit may be forfeited. We will try to work with you and if possible, the reservation may be rescheduled as availability permits. Magnolia Vacation strongly urges all clients to consider purchasing vacation insurance (especially for stays from June 1st through November 30th) due to hurricane season. This paragraph is a link to "Insuremytrip" which has designated three insurance carriers that will help protect you from this type of disaster. All renters must sign an agreement to pay for any damaged or missing items during use. The vacation rental must be reasonably clean and in good order at the end of the stay. If additional cleaning is needed, there will be a charge for professional cleaning service. |
